Train Station: Lisboa - Oriente Station 
This train station is a significant stop for long-distance trains arriving from other cities in Portugal (e.g., Porto, Coimbra, Faro), and even international destinations. If you come to Lisbon by train, you’ll likely arrive at Oriente Station.


Regional and Suburban Trains: All of these services stop at Oriente Station.

Metro Station: Oriente Station, Red Line

Oriente Station is served by the Red Line (Linha Vermelha) of the Lisbon Metro. This is the most convenient way to get to Parque das Nações from other parts of Lisbon.


From Oriente Station to FIL Meeting Centre:


The FIL Meeting Centre is approximately 2-5 minutes from Oriente Station. Follow the signs within the station directing you towards the exit for Parque das Nações and the FIL. The area is well-signposted.




Step-by-Step Instructions (using the Metro):

1. Take the Metro: From wherever you are in Lisbon, take the metro to a station on the Red Line (Linha Vermelha).

2. Follow the Signs to "Aeroporto" direction: Ride the Red Line to its Oriente Station stop.

3. Follow the Signs: Once you exit the train, follow the signs within the station pointing you towards the exit for Parque das Nações/FIL.

4. Walk to FIL: Exit the station and walk towards the FIL Meeting Centre. It’s a short, straightforward walk, and you’ll see the buildings.
